Our Ancestors from Bilgram

 Syed Raza Hussain services were admired and confirmed by British regime:-
served in various capacity and finally Deputy Collector in 1800-1900 at North West Province and oudh.
16 May 1897 - Barabanki
Deputy Commissioner W. H. Moreland c.s. wrote to Commissioner Mulock  recomending a title for Syed Raza Hussain.

20 July 1898 - Fyzabad
Commissioner "Fyzabad Division" L. Porter, c.s. confirmed the order of Honerable, the lieutenant Governor and Chief Commissioner North Western Provinces and Oudh 'recognition of meritorious services of Deputy Collector - Syed Raza Hussain during the Famine of 1896 and 1897 in North Western Province and Oudh
24 September 1898 - Rai Bereli
Deputy Commissioner T.C.Edwards c.s.  certified the services of Munshi Syed Raza Hussain as excise officer in negociation.
25 November 1898 - Rae Bereli
Deputy Commissioner P. Wydham c.s. confirmed the capability of work and abilities of Munshi Syed Raza Hussain in bringing the excise revenue to formal level and good grasp of Excise Administration
NB: It appears Munshi was a title of that time although it is not yet confirmed from any document.

Sanitary Commissioner ..S. J. Thmson c.i.e. of NWP and Oudh conveyed to Deputy Magistrate Rai Bareli Syed Raza Hussain ,the directive of His Honor the Lieutnenant  Governor and chief Commissioner regarding acknowledgment of Government for special assistance to the operation of the Vaccination Department during the season of 1897-98 .
16 November 1899 - Gazipur
Magistrate and Collector W. Tudball c.s.confirmed energetic and hard work done intelligently and capability of officer Syed Raza Hussain
  9 December 1900- Gazipur .
 Magistrate and Collector H. T. Morgan, c.s.confirming and appreciating the quality of work of Deputy Collector Syed Raza Hussain and recomended him suitable for native state.
